Daniela is an association of tourist promotion
that proposes the lease of immovable properties of private
owners, second houses or houses for the vacations. All the
structures are checked by us more times, before and after
the locations. Only the owners are contractually responsible
of the conditions of the house and its operation. The tenant,
as conductor, it is contractually responsible of the integrity
of the structure during the location.
What have you to wait from
us and from our structures?
- a structure corresponding to the description of the site;
- a serious and professional interlocutor;
- a proper structure to an use type tourist.
Duties for the tenant:
- to follow to the conditions of rule (schedules, payments...);
- to respect the rented structure.
You must

If you want we can give you some suggestions,
but you have to choose. Often if you travel in group
it is more difficulty to meet the demands of everybody,
therefore you invite your friends to the maximum flexibility:
if they have delegated you to the choice, they have
to accept what however you will decide. |

You have to consider that we rent houses of vacations:
if you want the perfection, you can find only it in
the hotel (perhaps!!!). As all the houses also in ours
there can be small defects but never such to ruin a
normal holiday. |

If something is not suitable not to take for granted
that there is: you ask to our employees. You have availableour
mail, telephone and of fax: use them to ask us what
you want to know on the house. We will always try to
directly give you all the possible information on the
website, but we cannot totally be never exhaustive.

If you believe that the structure is not proper for
your demands, please don' rent it. If you want something
different from what we propose you, it is better if
you decide not to take the structure. |

It is not possible to change the rented structures.
Houses, villas, apartments and residence are not interchangeable
because they are not all equal ones and because belonging
to different owners. You choose well then, attentively
reading the informations in the relative cards contacting
us, before the booking, to eliminate any doubt. |

Do you travel in more couples? The rooms are not all
equal ones and you will sleep in the different rooms
(someone one will be greater than the other, someone
other could have the sight on the sea and another without
sight on the sea). The rooms of a house are not a standard
product as the rooms of hotel, but they had built for
the demands of the owner. |

Attention to the expectations! We can offer you beautiful
houses and normal houses, with different levels of comfort.
Sometimes the clients don't read the cards but they
look only at the photos. We beg you to attentively read
the whole card related to the structure, whose description
we compiled after we personally having viewed them.
